This conference will focus on the impact and status of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in nursing, the balance of values and technological advancements, nursing opportunities and directions on the emerging technological advancement and other relevant initiatives on nursing education such as the universal health care, 21st century skills and teaching strategies to achieve flexibility and quality. Research dissemination will also be done. This conference is applied for CPD units.
The conference objectives are for participants to:
- Justify the critical role of ADPCN in the Fourth Industrial Revolution
- Discuss the impact of technological and digital innovations in nursing
- Assess the readiness and status of Philippine Nursing on FIRe
- Justify the critical need to balance technology with humane care
- Identify the opportunities and directions on the emerging technological landscape in nursing education
- Relate the role of nursing education in achieving universal health care
- Develop strategies to achieve the 21st century skills among learners
- Disseminate relevant nursing research findings

This conference will focus on understanding the Fourth Industrial Revolution, its impact in nursing, the balance of values and technological advancements, the value of the 21st century skills and ethico-legal considerations, as well as the nursing and research updates.
The conference objectives are for participants to:
- Discuss the impact of technological and digital innovations in nursing
- Relate the emergence of breakthroughs on health and development
- Develop lifelong learning strategies to achieve the 21st century skills
- Justify the critical need to balance technology with humane care
- Identify the ethico-legal considerations in dealing with innovations
- Identify the nursing updates and research findings as they relate to nursing
